Besides the notorious nightlife with legal alcohol and more or less illegal drugs Valparaíso has something absolutely unique to offer: It is probably the most colorful world heritage in the world. Wallpaintings and graffitis of all kinds decorate the streets and alleys of the hilly city in a chaotic and dizzying way. Valparaíso definitely is an open and free museum of street art.
